The hotel was completely refurbished in 2008.
It is set in the new business and ministerial area of Brussels, close to the Northern station and a 25-minute walk from the famous "Grand Place" (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
The hotel boasts 297 spacious, bright, refurbished rooms and suites on 4 storeys. They are all designed to satisfy the needs of business people and holidaymakers. There are 17 conference rooms that can seat up to 550 people. The hotel also has a restaurant – "Le Grill" – and a completely refurbished, friendly bar, a business centre and a large park for various activities that provides an oasis in the middle of Brussels.
The hotel offers Wi-Fi throughout its facilities.
There is also a fitness centre with rooms for weights and aerobics, massage, a steam sauna, a traditional (dry) sauna and a sunbed.
